    Previously registered user?

    A very long time ago (years back) I sent in a payment for this software and now when I try to install a new version it says that it's unregistered and no longer functions.

    Does that payment still entitle me to the software at this point, years later? Is there any way to retrieve my username/password for download? My email address is the same as it was then, if that matters.

      I tried the retrieval process mentioned in that link and it's giving me an error message. My ShareIt! reference number doesn't resemble the example one though. Mine is only numbers. I tried putting a "u" in front of them like in the example on the previous page but no joy.

      What now? Amazingly enough I still have the original email I got from ShareIt. Anything I can do with that?
