Audio CD Input Tags aren't written

I'm using dMC Audio CD and ripping to .m4a using the FAAC codec. Freedb is finding the CD's data and displaying it, yet the tags are not being written to the files. The option is checked.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check the download page for .mp4,etc at Codec Central?

For the FAAC encoder you also need :

Description: FAAC Encoder (using libfaac v1.23.5)
Download: FAAC mp4 Encoder 259 KB Release 2
