Using streambox ripper, I extracted a audio stream from a radio station (my sister and niece are DJ-ing on a Christian radio station in a contest they won). I have a .asf file. I have dBpowerAMP installed with the WMA codec. I'm running WinME with 256MB RAM.
I open dBpowerAMP and can see the file. I start the conversion using all the defaults attempting to convert it to .mp3 format.
the "converting file" dialog box comes up and the time starts to elapse. However, the progress bar never moves off 0%. It has been running for 15 minutes and 45 seconds. The test file I'm trying to do is only 183k. The real file over 2.4 MB. I'm going to edit this after I get it to .mp3 to cut out the songs and just hear the talking.
Help.....
