Convert ASF to WMA in Visual Basic

I would like to know how can I convert by Visual Basic files type ASF to WMA?

Inside the developer there is a code to convert to wave and mp3, but there's not to convert to wma.

That's all so far.

ASF is the same as WMA as far as audio is concerned. ASF can also contain video, then it would be the same as WMV.

Probably all you need if your .asf file is audio only is to rename it to the .wma extension.

You can change the mp3 (Lame) to 'Windows Media Audio v9.1' (or the exact one in the convert to menu).
