Lost code

I had to reformat and when I did the email that had my code to register was lost. I have tried to find a email to contact to see if I can get it replaced with no luck. I just paid the 14.95 for the program within the last few weeks and am upset I can't now replace what I had paid for. It was the power pack for my converter. Is there anyway to get the code replaced without having to pay twice for the product?

Never mind, look around long enough and will find the answers. I located the email and have sent to it in hopes I can retrieve what I lost.
