    freedb data no longer being stored locally

    I've been retrieving the tags for several cd's while online, then logging off and ripping later. This has worked well for over one hundred cd's. But now it doesn't recognize the cd's after logging off. Could I have made the cdplayer.ini file inaccessible somehow?

    I've tried reinstalling dmc and dbpoweramp but with no luck.

      Oops! I searched quite a bit before posting, then found my answer in the "similar threads" link after submitting this thread. Sorry!

      Hi, have been using the program for awhile now, best there is. I have a recent problem with freedb files. I will go online and insert 10 cd's to get the track info and then go offline to do the ripping. This used to work fine, but recently I was looking around the program at the options menus and must have done something and
