What are you trying to do? Ripping an audio cd and have the track saved under that file name at that location? convert that particular file "in place" or convert another file and store it under that name at that location?

Basically if you are using "delete source file after conversion" this will fail if you were playing the file before and the player is still open. Or if you are trying to recreate this file and the player has it open from before.

Or if your destination folder is the same as the input folder and destination file is the same as the input file.
