normalised mp3 to cda

when ripping CD audio tracks to CD quality mp3 and wanting to convert tracks back to original cda quality to play on hi-fi cd players. what are the settings to use to convert cda to mp3 and settings to use going from mp3 to cda.

does the normalise selection on cda to mp3(192kbps at 44100Hz constant bit rate) render the mp3 file unsuitable to return it to original cda quality

Once you convert to mp3 lots of quality is lost, you cannot get that quality back (but you can write a CDA file that is reduced quality).
