Separating Tracks on a large MP3

I have a number of MP3s that were acquired as a whole album, but one track. Is there a way to separate the tracks?

You could try using Audacity or alternatively MP3 Direct Cut can split MP3 files and is available from http://www.mpesch3.de/ (It is supposed to split MP3 files without decoding/encoding the MP3 data).

Another solution would be to use dBpowerAMP's Auxiliary Input program to record (and split) the MP3 file as you play it.
