Registered Version Download Problem

Hello,

I've bought a license for dMC, but while downloading, cable modem went down and dropped my internet connection. Now, when I try to download the program from the link I received at the email, I get an error message telling me that my download attempts have run out and to contact my vendor. I've already tried to use the rescue/updates download system from the site, but it reports erroneous, probably due to the fact that the number isn't in the database yet.

Mabe try clearing your cookies and reboot, then try again. You need your informationou received in the confirmation email in order to download: email address and a number. Or maybe a user number and password.

This is what I get when I try that site.

Important Notes
Registrations take 1-2 weeks to appear in the Registered Link Retrieval database, during this time registered versions can be downloaded from link provided in your email order receipt.

This happens probably due to this.

The database is updated once a week, an update has just taken place so yours will be in there now.
