How do I make Music Converter record from vinyl via my soundcard?

Use dMC Auxiliary Input and take the input from your line-in on the sound card.

There are a few threads dealing with details of connections. Turntables may need a pre-amp or at least to output through an amplifier which in turn will output through its line-out to the soundcard's line-in.
