I installed codec.. No options on menu?

I'm trying to install this codec "dBpowerAMP-codec-mp4-aac-decode" I install it into the default folder of "C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\" It seems to work OK, but then I open DBPowerAMPMusicConverter, and I don't have any option to convert to Mp4 or anything different at all. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling plenty of times, restarted etc. Am I installing into the wrong place or something?

Notice that you installed the DECODE codec. The Mp4/AAC encoder is a separate download.

Well I was following a tutorial:

It told me to use that codec, apparently it won't work, so which one do I download so that I can convert to Mp4 (CLI)?

FAAC Encoder is best.
