novice - apple question

Hi there

pretty new to converting music files. I use an apple mac and wondering what music converter programms may be compatible with apple macs as having slight starter problems to install and am looking to convert my minidiscs so i can store them on my i-book.......any answers appreciated.

Don't know about programs, but you cannot copy minidiscs to computer with a converter program, you need a program that will record teh discs as you play them. You can thank Sony for this copy-protection feature.
