Download link did not work

When I downloaded my registered version of Music Converter I still got a window that said I needed to register to use it. I tried both links and neither worked. What am I doing wrong?

In what way didn't the links work? Was the page blank? Not found? Did you try a refresh? Check privacy and security settings, you may be blocking it.

Have you downloaded and run the registered install?

What should the settings be? I am set at the "default level.
