"The file could not be opened." Why is it saying this???

    "The file could not be opened." Why is it saying this???

    it's an .m4a file that I downloaded from the music store on itunes today. I can't convert it because it keeps giving me that error message. What am i doing wrong?

    You are not doing anything wrong! All iTunes-downloaded files are copy-protected and can not be converted simply into other formats. Read the User Guide in iTunes. You can play them on your computer, burn them to CD, or transfer them to an iPod....that's all.

      Melissa - Try http://hymn-project.org/. Sounds like they have a solution. Furthermore, what's a nice girl like you doing with iTunes? What you should be using is http://www.allofmp3.com/
