error in DMC audio input

    error in DMC audio input

    it says "runtime error:" it continues w/a link to musicconverter.exe - "This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information".

    ????????? help???!!!

    What OS is this in? If its 2000/XP, were you logged in as administrator when you installed it?

    Edit: Also does this occur with many CDS or just one?

      Uninstall all dB modules, re-download and re-install all of them to the same default folder.

      It may help to know what exactly you were trying to do as well, your OS, service packs if on XP, memory.

        Windows xP, definitely administrator, just trying to rip my cd's to mp3...
