Sony MP3 Player: Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks?

Just purchased a Sony NW-HD3 audio player with native MP3 support.

SonicStage software (ugh) is rejecting 136 of my 3000+ MP3's with the following error message:

"Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks"

The MP3's that are being rejected are just your basic 128kbps CBR files that I ripped myself from my own collection. In most instances, the songs that were rejected were ripped at the same time as the ones that weren't, so I can't imagine it's the ripper I used (MusicMatch).

Can dbPowerAMP somehow fix the situation? Again, I own the original CD's for the rejected tracks; not trying to steal music here......just trying to get my new MP3 player to accept the 5% of my collection that it arbitrarilly rejected.

    TIA

Have you tried re-ripping some of these rejected files again using dMC Audio Cd Input?

Solved my own problem (love when that happens) so I'll post the answer in case someone else has a similar situation:

      MP3 Lame
      CBR
      Set Bits to 'private'

      That's it.

Were the bits set to Copyright at first? or Original?
