please help converting

Hi,
Just downloaded your software...and can not seem to convert from mp3 to wma. Is this possible? What could I be doing wrong? I'm also getting a codec error. How can I fix that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try changing the bitrate / frequency for the WMA.
