Reregistration

DMC configuration stopped working (Sorry, Music Converter Has To Close). I uninstalled everything and am now trying to reregister., but the "Initiate Registered Link Retrieval" takes me to a blank page.
Any suggestions anyone?

Today I can't convert to mp3. It says my "Trial Period" has expired. I still can't get the Registration Retrieval link to work in either IE or FF. What next?

Hmmm.....some progress. By turning off Norton Personal Firewall I can get to the
reregistration link. But when I enter my order number and then type the string, it advises I have made an error. Have tried it several times with the same result.

wow, you are having troubles. i have never seen that error before, so i am out of ideas already :(

BTW the crash sounds like a rouge codec dll, possibly only a manual clear will get rid of it.
