ogg file not recognized

Hello!

I've just installed dBpowerAmp MC Rel.11 on my PC, in order to convert .ogg files to MP3.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to select a .ogg file, either through right-click selection ("Convert to" doesn't show up for .ogg files), or through the selection window (.ogg file type doesn't exist in the filetype list).
What did I do wrong with the install?
I'm running W98SE.

Sorry for disturbing you, I've solved my problem !
In fact, I thought that the ogg codec was already installed, and it was not.
I downloaded the ogg codec from the codec-central page, and installed it, and it runs.
