When I tried to convert a midi file I got this message: [COLOR=Red]The file type '.mid' does not stream audio data and cannot be converted. [/COLOR] What does this mean? I also checked to see if I had the midi codec and I did.

The only way to "convert" midi is to use a program like dMC Auxiliary Input and record it to wav through the soundcard as it is being played by a player like WIndwos Media PLayer or dAP, or any other.

Midi files cannot be directly converted as they do not contain audio themselves, just instructions for what sound the soundcard needs to play from its sound library.
