    What's up?

What's up around here? I've been trying to get through to this place for a month. (Had to reregister with new username and password) I subscribed to the Powerpack about seven or eight months ago and am now being told it's expired. Funny, I though it was for one year! Great converter, lousy service. These people need to clean up the act and get someone in here to respond to requests for billing help. Read this while you can, as I doubt this post will be up for long. This place is in need of a bookkeeper, but maybe that's more complicated than music conversion.

Good luck to you all! :vmad:

i don't know why you haven't been able to access the site. we did have a run on with spammers and some range of IP's were band.

once you register the powerpack it is for life time and not one year. just go here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/ to get your registered powerpack copy again of you have lost it.

what was your old username? and i will look into it.

      1. CJ88, the converter is great, and the people (REAL tech support) are great too. You should keep your mouth shut and refrain from using the red smiley.

      2. Hm, let's see, there are many people who could help with that. Razgo, LtData, ChristinaS, and the one we all worship: Spoooooooon, da MAN!

Your post will not be removed, that is not the way it is here.

I am not sure what we could have done differently, this site is up 100% for the last 4 months (it is a load balanced server on 2 seperate machines), there has been no downtime.

Registered versions can be downloaded instantly, as to why it expired? I don't know - reinstall the registered version.

I've only experienced problems once accessing this forum and that was due to the search index being built.

Support is always excellent and (nearly) everyone is very helpful and friendly.
