    .OOG extention

    Happy New Year,
    Anyone have any info on .oog files and how to play them?

    I did a lengthy Google search and the only times I found any reference to this file extension it was a typo, and .ogg was intended. Thus it probably is Ogg Vorbis.

          It looks like you just saved the files with the wrong extension. All of those files are .ogg files. Try renaming your .oog files to .ogg and see if that works.

            And if that doesn't work, you can always try to identify the file with dMC's explorer popup info thingy feature. Just hover your mouse over it and it should tell you what kind of file it is.

            If that doesn't work, try converting it WAV....If that doesn't work....I can't help . '-_-
