I've been trying to convert mp3 to mp4 and it keeps coming out as 1 kb. Has anyone had this happen to them?

The file is 3,308 kb. I just want to convert it from mp3 to aac. Is there an easier way to do this? I think I have all the right codecs.Comment

Hmm, I think I got it to work. However it took about 2 minutes to convert and it didn't appear to even finish converting. But the song came out okay. Not sure if I should be worried.Comment
