dMC is not able to decode.

what does this mean?

The file 'C:\Documents and Settings\blank\Desktop\MP3\Jason & Demarco\Jason & Demarco - Daddy's Little Boy.WMA' is encrypted which dMC is not able to decode.

I downloaded the codecs to help..but they didnt.
