Wnaspi32.dll Error

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I LOADED THE DMC DC BUT WHEN I GO TO OPEN THE CD INPUT I RECEIVED "DMC CD INPUT ERROR" "UNABLE TO LOAD WNASPI32.DLL, WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE UNINSTALLED REINSTALLED AND DOWNLOADED IT THREE TIMES CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Start >> Programs >> dBpowerAMP Music Converter >> Configuration >> dMC CD Input Configuration

set the CD Communication to '2000 / NT Device IO'

?

what windows version you running? win2000? XP SP1 or SP? or win98se? or winme?

It won't let me put anything in the CD Communication
and the other box has a list but no IO

yes when i click on the down arrows nothing in top box at all...and the second box has listing but not IO ....i tried to type but it won't let me

Uninstall everything to do with dBpowerAMP from Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

Download fresh copies of everything and reinstall them carefully, all to the same folder, the one that is originally proposed: c:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP

Then proceed to configure dMC Audio CD Input as indicated before. Trial and error may be needed to find what works for you.

Ignore the bottom box for now.

When you click teh down arrow beside the top box, you should see the following:
ASPI
2000/NT Device IO
2000/NT Built-In (Limited)

If you do not see these 3 options, uninstall dMC, delete the folder, then reinstall dMC and try again.

I am not seeing any of those things when i open that box it's empty..when i tried to redownload throws me an erro
