mpc files, with cue files?

I grabbed an album in this format, with a cue file to list the track orders. When I began to convert it with dbPowerAmp, it appeared to be just making one huge mp3. Is there support for using cue files? I've seen them with CD images before, but never a compressed format (I'm assuming they need to get split apart before the conversion to mp3).
