Re-installing - lost registration link

Hi. I've just reinstalled Windows (new MB) and am now putting all my other stuff back on. Problem is that I've not got my registration details for DMC - to be completely honest, I'm not entirely sure if I actually registered it, but I seem to remember doing so. Any way you can check whether I've registered using the email address in my profile, and if so let me know my order number so I can download the new version? Thanks :D
