Are you trying to simply take the audio from wmv and create an mp4 with it?

You first step should be to convert .wmv to .wma using dMC.

Then you should download and install the .mp4 decoding codec plus at least one of the mp4 encoding codecs from Codec Central. You'll have to experiment a bit to figure out which one of them you actually need, since there are several encoding codecs.

Then you convert the .wma file to .mp4.
