Trying to convert Flac. to Mp3?

I had the free version and it worked great after my trial ran I purchased the powerpack. Everytime I try to convert flac files to mp3 I get an error message saying "The CODEC required to compress (blank) can not be opened.
I ran the test write and it seemed to work fine.

Please help.

Does the dMC Configuration show your version as registered? (Start menu --> Programs --> dbPowerAmp Music Converter --> Configuration --> dMC Configuration) Do you see an mp3 encoder under the Encoder list?

Don't think it has to do with registered / unregistered.

If your FLAC files are 24 bit you need to convert to 16 bit before converting to mp3.
