    Auxiliary Input: Slow Recording

    Hi

Ive done several Auxiliary input recordings from mp3, wma and wav files through different players. In every case, when I come to playback the file dMC AI recorded it plays at about 2/3 the speed. This is very odd and Im not sure what is going on.

    Any ideas??

    Cheers

Odd indeed. What's the OS, service packs, sound card?

What are you trying to record to? type, freq, bits, channels, bitrate?

    Any DSP effects from Powerpack?

W2K SP4 with an onboard VIA VT686B chipset (AC97) on a Duron 1GHz (speed shouldnt be a problem). Tried recording to mp3, wma and wav, no effects at 44kh, stereo, 16bit.

Quite bizarre and obviously not what others are experiencing!

      Thanks for any thoughts.
