Evita crashing converter

Disc 1, Evita (MCAD2-11003) causes the following dialog when converting to Flac with any compression level. I have done 170+ other discs and disc 2 of Evita with no problem. This is DMC Release 10

That works as does converting to other formats. I can still convert other CDs to FLAC. So what's up with this?

But isn't this going to lead to more degradation? Converting from CD to a lossy format then to a lossless format? Or are you suggesting this as a way to test for something?

Wave is not a lossy format, wave is lossless. You may be getting wav confused with wma, which is either lossy or lossless, depending on your settings.

No quality loss, just a loss of the ID Tag, I only wanted to know if it crashed from that wave to flac.
