I like to batch convert my 7000 MP3Pro (96kbps) tracks used in Musicmatch9 to MP3 (192kbps) with dBpowerAMP11 music converter. I have seen that not all of my tags information will be copied to the new files. I'm missing e.a. Art File and Preference is coming in the Note field. How can I correct this ?

Which version id tags option have you got dMC set to use? e.g. Smart v1&v2
This can be set from the dMC configuration program.

In DMc configuration I have set:
Tag creation: ID3v2 & ID3v1
Write ID3v1 version 1.1
ID3v1 UTF8 read: yes
ID3v1 UTF8 write: yes
Write ID3v2 unicode: yes
Write ID3v2 version: 2.3Comment

My understanding is that dMC will not handle Art Files or preference labels as there is no standard format for this information.

It's a pitty that only basic fields of ID3v2 tags are transfered with dBPowerAmp, with other programs it is no problem to transfer all (e.a. Cooleditpro, Musicmatch . . ) ??
I still like the way batch albums can be converted automatically in dBPowerAMP !
I hope, that a next version of dBPowerAMP will transfer all ID3v2 tags like the others do.Comment
