I purchased a MPIO digital music player recently and I've been trying to download music onto it...I have been successful BUT I can't hear the music....the volume is on...earbuds pulled in PLEASE HELP

Not that I know anything at all about your music player but let me ask the following since it may help someone else figure out a way to help:
1. How did you download your music to your player?
2. What were the characteristics of the files you downloaded (format, bit setting, frequency, bitrate, channels)? Have you made sure that this format and these settings are recognized by your player?
3. How do you know these files downloaded successfully?
