Convert directly to FTP

Hi =)

I have a question... is it posible to convert directly out to a ftp site?
When i try to convert the file i get this error.:
The output file 'ftp;--username@ipadr-folder est.mp3' could not be opened.

In the out to this folder it goes like this.:
ftp://username@ipadr/folder

I don't know if it's possible to convert directly to ftp. I don't think dMC supports doing this, but someone else may know. Can you not convert and then upload the files, or were you trying to skip this step?

no i don't think it does this. it would be too slow anyway and no gaurantee the file won't be corrupted midstream somewhere. if you are wanting to automate the process then try using an FTP program that can do this. i use cuteFTP pro and drop files in a folder that get automatically FTP uploaded to my site.

Yeah i wanted to automate the process abit... thx guys ill try install cute FTP instead.

there may be better options but its just that i happen to have cuteFTP and it does it. there are probably free software out there that might use a sync folder to remote folder.
