    OGG stripping.

Hello. I read that OGG supports a feature called stripping, in which you can reduce the bitrate/qualityrate without having to re-encode. Which means you can strip a 192 kbit OGG to 96 kbit, and obtain the same quality as if it was ripped to 96 kbit originally. Is this possible in the music converter, and if so - how?
I know I can "convert to OGG" but I think it re-encodes here... isn't that right?

It's actaully called Bitrate Peeling. At the moment the Vorbis team have yet to complete it, so at the moment dBpowerAMP doesn't use it. They initially said it would be ready for 1.0 but they ran out of time so they had to let it slip.
