    F-Prot antivirus gives viruswarning

Hi, when installing release 11 F-Prot Antivirus gives a virus-warning. It must be false alarm. Do more people have this?

I have F-Prot as one of my virus scanners (always updated), it should be a false alarm (the way Spoon installer creates an install, it places executable information at the end).

Yes, I agree it must be false alarm. I have seen this problem with F-Prot with more (un)installers. For example the .exe installer from XP-Antispy gives also a false alarm.

As a matter of interest can you try running Release 10, see if that gives a warning:

          No need to install it.

Yes this gives also a warning. (But when you rightclick the file and choose "Scan with F-Prot Antivirus" it gives no warning.)
