real player converter codec

I downloaded the codec to convert the real player files. It doesn't work. I let one run for 45 minutes. Yes I have Real Player downloaded. I want to convert the files to mp3 or wav. I prefer mp3. What can I do to make it work?

You have to leave it for the length of the Real Audio File

what u can is download Itune and add the music too that and that will make all ur songs MP3 okk

This was a 4-year old thread! Many things have changed since then, especially since we have the DirectShow codec. No need for itunes or any such thing.
