lost tags after conversion

I am using dbpoweramp musicconverter for a while now.
For managing my mp3-s i use Musicmatch Jukebox. Alle mp3-s are categorized.
Recently i converted all 320kbps mp3-s to vbr using the latest dbpoweramp. "preserve tags" was on.
Then i found out some tags of the mp3-s were lost: preference, tempo, situation. :vmad:
Did i do something wrong?

You probbably had the option not to write id3v2 tags in dMC Configuration.

in dMC Configuration "ID3 Tag formation" has not been changed. It is set to "smart v1 & v2".
In addition to my description of the problem: the tags artist, album, title and year NOT were not lost.
