Need Codec to convert wave to G729

I need codecs to convert wave to G729 as i put it in the title. Where can i find such codec?

dBpowerAMP Music Converter does not have a codec for G729 (or any other GSM) files.

What type of player or device do you have that uses this format?

I need that for numerical telephony. If i can't do it with DBpower, do you know an other soft which enables me to achieve this task?

If that link is not helpful, could you please provide more information about what you are trying to accomplish and the equipment you are trying to accomplish it with
(like convert mp3 for playback on a cell phone-being specific about the maker and model of cell phone you are wanting to do this with).
