Is it possible to have a CD of wave file(playable in cd players), quality of around 32 khz and 512kbps(8bit stereo)? because with these configurations, we could have around 60 songs capable of going in a cd(~15 MB per song).. but when i try to burn these songs using "create music CD" option, it says that it is out os space. but if a create a cd using "create data cd" option, it doesnt play on cd players.. can anyone help????? please???
??Possible to have 60 songs??

I think it is possible to do as you propose but I don't think it would do you much good. I don't think trying to create a data cd will work since that would format the entire cd as a cd-rom which could be read by a computer or an mp3 player and such but I really don't think it could be read by a cd-player. I am also very skeptical that any cd player would be able to play back a cd recorded at the non-standard parameters that you are proposing.
I would think your better alternatives would be to convert to standard cd format or to get a player that will play mp3 (and/or) other files which could be compressed to file sizes that are fairly small and yet retain decent quality. Those files could then be put into a data cd for playback on your (and compatible) players.

Audio CD's run at a fixed rate of 44100 Hz, 16 bit, Stereo.
I've never encountered a CD-player capable of playing any else than this. And I've never found a way to burn as cda, in anything else than the fixed rate.
If you want more music on your CD's, you must either get a new player capable of reading data CD's with OGG's, WMA's or MP3's - or you must attempt to overburn your CD - sometimes you can push up to 90 minutes of audio - but that's not much of a difference from the 74/80 minutes you're used to.Comment
