somehow ive changed the conversion rate, so when i convert from ogg to mp3, i cant add it to my media libary in windows media 10...

what was the default rate when you start off with it...

Default conversion rate? Do you mean the bitrate or the frequency?
The default bitrate is either a constant bitrate of either 160 or 192kbps. The default frequency is 44100Hz, and stereo channels.
