Ogg to MP3 won't convert?

Hi

On my other machine I have only installed

Music Converter ver 10
and also installed the Ogg Codec

I rebooted my machine and when I right-click and 'Convert to' I select MP3 from the drop-down and then I get a dialog box that says 'You do not have the proper codec...etc..please select Yes or No to go to the site'

I went to the site and redownloaded and installed and rebooted.

But I am still getting the same message. 'You do not have the proper codec...etc..please select Yes or No to go to the site'

Do I need CD writer or dbAmp player on machine to make this work?

Any suggestions?

Figured it out....umm...it would help if I download and install both ogg codec's .. :p
