Error Message : "ACM Codec Not Installed 'UnKnown 353' "

Hello everyone.
I have a ".wav" file that i have obtained by extracting audio stream from a video (avi file) with VirtualDub. The audio stream of the video is a wma stream.
I 've try to convert it to mp3 using dBpowerAmp, but i got an error message :
"The CODEC required to decompress 'F:\Desproges.wav' could not be opened.
ACM Codec Not Installed 'UnKnown 353'"
So i've try to install Acm codec but it still not works...
Please help me if you can...

For ACM codecs there are 100's of different ones, such as ADPCM, I don't know what 353 is (that is the number).
