    convert windows media player files to mp3

    If I want to convert a windows media player file to mp3 and i click on right mouse button i cant find the word CONVERT TO!


    Please Help me

    I am Assuming you did install dMC correctly, as well as all the WMA codecs from Codec Central, all to the same folder.

    Go to to Start>Programs >dBpowerAMP Music Converter > Configuration > dMC Configuration. Look under Windows Shell Integration, and make sure you put a check mark in all the boxes you see (the first one is "Convert to" in Explorer). Hit OK.

      I'm sure that I put a check mark in all boxes but if I go to the windows media player files I want to convert to mp3 and I click on the right mouse button I cant find the words: CONVERT TO

        Do you mean you're sure you put chose check marks way back when you installed dMC and all its components or did you just verify this now and they are all checked?

        Then start the other way around.

        Open the program dMC and use the explorer window it open to find your files and do it that way.

        If you don't have the program, then you didn't install it.
