    Audio dropout in mp3 files?

    Hello,

I have a lap top computer that I am trying to use to rip mp3 files. The ripped mp3's seem to have some audio dropout, as if the cd's are not getting read properly on the ROM drive. I have experienced this in the past on my desk top system, and am able to resolve it by ripping the cd on a slower drive. Is there a way to resolve this on the lap top? Can I set the ripping speed, or control the drive speed with the music converter? Any other solutions? Thanks for your help.

Open Audio CD Input. Click on Options. Towards the bottom will be a control that allows you to set drive speed.

    Hope that fixes your problem.
