Who does one contact for the registration numbers, if one loses his registration information for any of the illustrate software?

Dear Srs:
I'm so sorry but I don't find my registration Number and I'd like to Update my dbPower pack that I purchase by Net. So, that is important because there are a lot of problems with conversion, and I think that an update may restore the program.
Do You help-me ?
