Hi, I was wondering if there was any way to convert the iTunes format (m4p) to mp3 or wma? I looked on the dbpowerAMP site but there weren't any that worked. If not, does anyone know any websites that can convert? Thanks!!!

Re: able to convert itunes (m4p)??
iTunes tracks are heavy into digital rights management. Your options for converting include burning these tracks to cd and ripping them to another format, recording them using auxilary input as they play on your soundcard, or using one of these programs:
Hymn or iOpener (both available from the Hymn website here: http://www.hymn-project.org/ ); or
iFreesoft (available for download from here: www.iFreesoft.com ).
I have not used any of these products but we have had recommendations for each of these programs from other users.

iOpener is though, says it's the windows version (as opposed to command line) of Hymn basically. Will try it an let you know how it goes.Comment

Url comes up no good
Lately, reports have seemed to indicate that Apple had an effective countermeasure for Hymn but the most recent report seems to suggest that Hymn may have come up with a counter to that. Do let us know how you make out.
