Advanced Options

I have installed the latest version of dbpoweramp.When ripping from a cd under the "advanced options","preset quality", there are more added presets e.g.-"Alt Preset Fast Standard", "Alt Preset ABR" etc. Where can I find information on these mix settings and the quality they represent?
