New Ogg (libogg) ver. 1.1.1 support?

Hi,
I noticed that there's a new release of the libogg: ver. 1.1.1.

Is there going to be a new release of the vorbis codec plug-in for dbpowerAmp?
Or is the new 1.1.1 release only an improvement to the Ogg container and not to the actual Vorbis codec itself?

Didn't realize it was out, will update ASAP. (1.1.1 has sound quality increases for very low bitrates).
